Marilyn and I went to the COT 2 on the 11th January 2014!

It was my first time going to the training, and trust me the networking sessions and the training I gained is SPECTACULAR!

I honestly did not want it to end, it reminds me that no matter who you are or how old you are, Toastmasters Internationals is about EQUALITY, and that is what made me realize that WE ARE NEVER TO OLD FOR KNOWLEDGE!

FIRST MEETING FOR SUNWAY UNIVERSITY TOASTMASTERS !

First and foremost, I would like to thanks to all the members and guests who came all the way to make Sunway University Toastmaster’s meeting a BLAST!

It’s a start of January and most of the members are going through their internship period, however Sunway University members without fail manage to get guest’s and spend time to make the meeting a success! THANK YOU!

So welcome back members and guests, who is up for another challenge?

Thinesh Naidu, CC manage to step up the challenge to be a TOASTMASTERS OF THE EVENING on that night! He did AWE-SOME!

The meeting Started with a Presidential address by none other than Victor Ong, DTM! A very warm welcome from him that made the environment more lively and energizing!

Yes, I guess its a little too late for an update~

Why? My laptop is dead, for a month, hence the reason why I have been quiet.

Fear not, "he" is now back to life and here I am to give you some live updates on what has been BOOMING in Sunway University Toastmasters !

I would like to wish all of you, an POST HAPPY NEW YEAR from us, the SUNWAY-RIAN'S Toastmasters!!

May this year be a start for all of us to have a good life with the guide of good speeches!

Nov 8th 2013 : SURPRISE SURPRISE MEETING!!

GUESS WHAT??...

SUNWAY UNIVERSITY TOASTMASTERS CLUB - MEETING ON A TRAIN!

Yes, another enthusiastic members are ready to rock their world by doing something UNIQUE!! We have organized ourselves for a TOASTMASTERS MEETING!

On board with KTM Train that was travelling from Kuala Lumpur to Ipoh, and YES we had an ample time in doing various types of activities besides sleeping and slacking! Despite of having a our meeting on a moving train, other passengers were as surprised as we were. Which is to be having a meeting on a train, which is AMAZING :)

Why were were on the train? Oh well, its because we are on our way to Toastmasters District 51's Semi-Annual Convention of in IPOH!

The meeting was conducted by yours truly to be the TOASTMASTERS OF THE EVENING.. Trust me I was as excited as everyone were! Especially to be a TME in such of extra out of ordinary environment! :D

ANOTHER AMAZING MEETING INDEED!!

Our meeting started on time and ends on time, which is also another norm for Sunway University Toastmasters to always be on time during their meetings! Congratulations to the Sergeant at Arms (Castrine,TM) and Timer (Lee Seng Zhen,TM).

Our meeting this was was guided by our President, Victor Ong! Hence, he is playing a double role throughout this meeting ! Woots! and of course, what else can we expect from a distinguished speaker? Enjoyment throughout the meeting !
